  • Self check-in/check-out is provided via smart lock door codes. No one will meet you at the property.

Property Access

  • There are stairs to access the condo.
  • The bunk beds in the property are accessed via a ladder. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from the use of the ladder.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside, at least 75 feet from the building. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
  • Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am.
  • No pets allowed. $750 fine for unauthorized pets.
  • A written rental agreement must be signed and returned.
  • Minimum age to book: 25 years.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No events or parties permitted.
  • Winter weather is unpredictable. No weather-related refunds are offered. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive, and winter tires are recommended.
